Questions & answers

How does your service work?

You start by filling out our rental requirements form. Once we understand your needs, we assign you a personal advisor who contacts you directly. We then search across all sources (agencies, landlords, and even unlisted offers), shortlist the best matches, and review them with you. When you choose properties you like, we visit them in person, record videos or make live calls, and guide you through the entire rental process until you have the keys in hand.

How and when is the payment processed?

Our fee is split into two secure stages:

Who pays for your service?

Only you, the client. We never accept commissions from landlords or real estate agencies. This guarantees our loyalty and ensures that every decision is made in your best interest.

Can you help me if I’m not in Spain?

Yes! In fact, that’s what many of our clients use us for. We act as your eyes and ears on the ground: visiting properties, filming detailed walkthroughs, and arranging live video calls so you can see everything without traveling. We also help with remote paperwork and contract signing.

Do you also help with paperwork and negotiation?

Yes, we assist in reviewing rental contracts, explaining them in plain language, and negotiating with landlords or agents when needed. We help you avoid unfair clauses and make sure you fully understand what you’re signing.

What areas do you cover?

We focus on Costa Blanca, including popular towns and villages along the coast and inland.

Curious how HomeHunters actually works?

Here’s a closer look at the most common questions people ask when using our service — from how we search to how you can rent without even visiting first.

Are you a real estate agency?

No – we work only for you, not for landlords or agencies. That means we search across all available listings, not just one portfolio.

Can I really rent remotely?

Yes! We handle everything on the ground and help you sign the lease remotely. You travel only when your new home is ready.

How do you find properties?

We search across websites, social networks, agencies, private listings, and through our local connections to find both listed and off-market rentals.

Do you help with the lease and paperwork?

Absolutely. We coordinate with the landlord, explain the contract, and make sure everything is clear before you sign.

What’s included in the service?

From the first search to move-in day, everything is handled: search, viewings, videos, lease support, and home prep. One fixed price—no surprises.
